Well if they fit
I cycle about 7,000 miles a year, and I'm 6'6' and 180#. I ordered the medium size. my upper armpit relaxed measures about 12 1/4 inches. Whereas the armwarmer is tight around my wrist, it isn't @ my armpit, and therefore slides down...Unless. The product appears otherwise to be well made. It may work well for those with fatter arms. I normally wear a size M in armwarmers....

fits well and keeps me warm
They fit well and keep me warm. I'm a girl and I'm not big though, so if you're a man you better be pretty small to fit your arms in these!
