Great Product!
I purchased this rangefinder to replace my Nikon 800 rangefinder. I wanted a rangefinder that I could consistently range trees in the 600-800 yard range. I wasn't getting that from the Nikon, so I switched to the Bushnell.
Pros: 1. It is small and lightweight so it fits nicely in a shirt breast pocket. 2. It has a display that is nice and bright and that can be dimmed for dawn and dusk use. 3. It ranges trees in the 600-800 yard range rapidly on the first or second push of the button (usually, when my rangefinder is out, I need the range to a target quickly, and this rangefinder ranges things quickly). 4. It has a high-quality feel and look. The rubber armoring is well made and the texturing makes for easy manipulation and a firm grip.
Cons: 1. I would prefer to be able to switch to a black display for various applications as the red (even in the brightest setting) can be a little difficult to read in bright sunlight when looking at something with a light-colored...

Great product for the money.
My son asked for this as an early Christmas gift. He is a long distance rifle shooter and is using out to 1000-1300 yards regularly. Every time he uses it he reminds me how it exceeded his expectations and what new feature he discovered. He used it this weekend while shooting with a former Navy Seal sniper who was very impressed with the clarity and accuracy of this rangefinder. We are very pleased with this purchase.
Great Product
I have always been a Bushnell fan, scopes, optics and other products, all have been top notch. This unit is a real advancement over their older models with a lighted display which is easy to see if both light and dark conditions. The laser they use is I believe IR which is not visible to human and animals which is a common sense feature for a product such as this. Its range is good, out to 1300 yards and seems pretty effective. I even shot this through glass once and got a reading, but I don't know how accurate it was considering glass can reflect and cause the unit to report an inaccurate value. Overall, this is probably the best unit you can buy for the money, its features are great and it works well. Build quality is also very good. I would recommend this product.
